What is it?

Using our services, you can make sure that you and your loved ones are looked after and cared for 24×7. We provide smart devices that monitor the patient’s vitals from their homes and send this data to the patient’s cloud-based Electronic Health Record. The treating doctors will always have access to all the clinical details of the patient available with them via their smart phones and computers. Three-way real-time video/audio connectivity will exist between the doctor, the patient and the Nurse Care Center at all times.

How does it work?

  • Step 1: You register online with us
  • Step 2: Your treating doctor makes a comprehensive plan
  • Step 3 : We install the monitor and smart devices at your residence
  • Step 4: You are monitored and assisted 24X7 by an assigned nurse
    • The nurse will call you daily via video to monitor your disease, remind you to take your medicine, record your symptoms and complaints etc.
    • Your doctor will have full access to your record and will supervise your treatment.
    • You can always view your record and track your disease parameters.
  • Step 6: You can also consult doctors and nurses by video through the Catex Health system.
