• Online Health Record
  • To use our Health Record service, you only need an internet connection and a computer/laptop/tablet/mobile device.
  • You may logon to your account using a web browser or download our mobile application to access the same.
• Help Me Find A Doctor
  • To use our Doctor Search and Concierge service, you only need an internet connection and a computer/laptop/tablet/mobile device.
  • You may logon to your account using a web browser or download our mobile application to access the same.
• Online Video Consultation
  • To use our online video consultation service, you will require a computer/laptop/tablet/mobile device with a functional web camera.
  • For a good quality call, we recommend using a stable internet connection of 2Mbps connection speed or 3G or higher.
  • You may login to your account using a web browser or use our mobile application to login and consult a doctor over video.
• Disease Management @ Home
  • Our home management of disease has two levels of service:
    • Active: The active service requires
      • Uninterrupted power supply/backup.
      • Functional micro-sim card with a 3G connection to be installed in our smart device for data purposes.
      • Stable Wi-Fi connection with a minimum speed of 2Mbps.
    • Assisted: The assisted service requires
      • An android/iOS phone.
      • Download and install our mobile application.
      • Stable internet connection on your phone with a minimum speed of 2Mbps on Wi-Fi or a 3G data connection.

• For the Home Management of Disease, the data upload should be approximately 1-2Mb per day.
• For the online video consultation, depending on the speed and quality of your connection, the data usage should be approximately around 60MB for a 30 minute call.
• For the health record and doctor concierge service, the data usage will be as per your browsing and will generally be quite low.

• Depending on the level of monitoring and the plan made by your doctor, you may be free to work and go about your regular schedule.

• No we are not affiliated to any hospital.

• The smart devices consist of various patient monitors and measuring devices which are linked by Bluetooth to your record.

• To make our services cost friendly for the patient, the patient does not need to buy the monitors but use them for the duration of the service required. We will require a deposit as security which will be refunded after the monitoring has ended.
• However those patients that want to buy the devices to monitor themselves can also buy the devices from us.

Our personnel will install and instruct the patient and their family members on the use and operation of the smart devices. You can also refer to our online videos and manuals for help.

It is advisable to have a doctor in charge of your treatment. We can help you find a doctor to supervise your treatment.

We do not sell medicines.

Your health record is your property, you can always logon and download your record at any time.

We offer two levels of monitoring service :

• Assisted : This involves

We will return the deposit, once the monitoring has been finished and our personnel come to retrieve the monitor.

• For the Active monitoring process, we will provide you with a smartphone that will support the monitoring process. If you have a smartphone with you, you may download our mobile application to login and access your record for your personal use.
• For the Assisted monitoring process, you would need to download and install our application on your own mobile device.

Online video consultation is legal and is now becoming routine. Liability is same as a doctor seeing a patient at their own clinic.
